gets fortified with a new tool, 'e-security'.

(CCAI) has developed 'eSecure', a security product, which
will help minimise the security threats concerning the
business process outsourcing (BPO) industry.

eSecure will help call centres and the BPO industry in
tackling problems like data protection and maintaining
privacy of customer information with its proactive security
assurance.
Depending on the strength and location of the call centre,
the cost of providing continuous and proactive security
assurance through 'eSecure' would be around Rs 4,200-8,000
per month. eSecure will enable security assurance services
of CII and CCAI in collaboration with SecureSynergy.
