After its much touted launch of E-Kaliber package aimed at creating a pool of skilled manpower Call Center Association of India, unveiled the new age security product "e-secure". The product aimed at filling the existing security gap in the Business Process Outsourcing industry was inaugurated by Mr. Arvind Gupta, Joint Secretary, National Security Council Secretariat, in the Seminar on Securing the Business Process Industry organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Monday.
According to Lt. Gen. S.S. Mehta, Advisor CII, "Security vulnerability has emerged as the biggest threat to companies across industry verticals. To remain competitive especially in the BPO business, there is a greater need of having a robust security system in place in order to maintain the confidence among clients."
According to Arvind Gupta,
Joint Secretary, and National Security Council Secretariat,
"Globally security threats have surpassed the physical domain alone,
and it has entered the cyber domain as well. The events of security
threats have taken national proportions and have the irritable
possibility of hampering economic growth."

Center Association of India, said, "CCAI has been working closely
with CII as the voice of the BPO industry and has been successfully
instrumental in developing and offering solutions which cater to the
specific needs of the industry. "eSecure" is yet another product
after e-Kaliber (A Skills Initiative) which is developed
specifically to the security needs of the industry."
