As Chief Executive Officer, Anil Menon is responsible for all business operations of the organization and has P&L responsibility. He became SecureSynergy's CEO in March 2005.

Prior to his position as CEO, Anil managed all operational functions at SecureSynergy - from Service Provider NOC and marketing, to Sales, Consulting, Finance and Services as its Senior Vice President. An inveterate believer in alliance based selling, Anil has led SecureSynergy's drive to engage the marketplace through a network of technology partners and channel members. He has been involved since inception and has conceptualized the business model, business processes, practices and Go-To-Market strategy of the company into various markets including India, Middle East and the United States.

His earlier stint was with Citrix Systems (Nasdaq:CTXS) as its Business Development Director for South Asia. Prior to this, Anil functioned as the Director Marketing for Citrix and was responsible for developing Citrix's marketing strategy for India and South Asian countries. As its first employee in South Asia, Anil was responsible for setting up Citrix's subsidiary for the region as well as provide oversight to Citrix's acquisition of a local Indian firm. Anil brings a varied and rich experience in Sales, Product Management, Channel Management and Business Management, having managed sales through various System Integrators nationally for Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq : SUNW), prior to joining Citrix. At Sun Microsystems, he was associated with the nation's highest level scientific establishments including India's prestigious Super Computer project - PARAM 10000. At Fujitsu ICIM, where he spent the initial five years of his career, Anil held numerous roles including responsibility for Product Operations, Large Account Sales and Alliances.

He is a regular speaker at various industry conferences and has also written several articles on information technology. He is a founding member of the Forum of ASPs In India (FASPIN) and is closely associated with various industry initiatives. He has also been part of round tables/jury/panel for technology related events, awards and also served on the advisory panel to various government initiatives. Anil's discipline, extensive experience, operational leadership qualities, and results oriented approach have delivered an impressive history of leadership achievements.

A keen follower of the political landscape, Anil spends much of his time traveling to visit SecureSynergy's customers, channel partners and employees. Anil holds a B-Tech Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication as well as an MBA in Marketing.
