This position will form the front end of
a Channel Management team comprising of pre-sales consultants,
architects and will facilitate sales opportunity identification
and forecasting. He/she will have to manage channels and key
customer. The candidate should have ability to interact with
all functions and levels of customer organization.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor
of Engineering/Technology or Master in Business Admin/Post
Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate
Program in Management in Computer Science/Information Technology,
Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),
Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Requirements
Identify customer/market opportunities
and establish channel strategies.
At leasat 3 to 5 years of working exprience
in S/W sales (preferably Security or Enterprise products)
Identify and recruit new channel partners
for specific products.
Value based selling; consultative selling.
Teamwork and sales coordination with
customer support team.
Sales process management and reporting.
Good analytical and ability to perform
under pressure
Establish channel management process and
metrics.
Train and develop channel teams to improve
market effectiveness.
